Senait is dedicated to confronting social problems that immigrants face in their everyday lives, such as cultural integration into Western society. She empowers her clients to achieve success, happiness, fulfillment, and the feeling that they belong in the Western world. She serves her clients by coaching them one-on-one, holding group sessions, and facilitating workshops. In all of these settings, she offers the knowledge she has gained from her educational background in sociology and anthropology, her professional expertise, and her personal life experience. Her professional experiences extend from the courts to international and national nonprofits to the United Nations. She has experience working with diverse groups of all genders from various countries.
