There is growing evidence that when women are in leadership leading from their feminine, we all win. And when men also lead from their feminine, the world rejoices. This is not to say that men need to exhibit feminine qualities, no, it is coming from a space where the goal of leading is for win-win, nurture and upliftment instead of for the goal of gaining power through control. How can we as a society create that change in our leadership landscape?
