Hey Abundant Being,

My life’s mission is to help women and men activate the highest vision for their lives - to get unstuck, to discover their life purpose, to gain courage to create change with ease, grace and flow in order to live their most abundant life.

From my own personal journey, I’ve learned the importance of balancing scientific techniques with intuitive healing modalities to see quantum change. Here’s a little bit of my story.

Once upon a time there was a little girl who not only allowed herself to dream big but knew she was meant to be something great in the world! She was excited about what the future held, perhaps she would be a movie star, a forensic scientist, the first Asian female Prime Minister of a Western country, or an inspirational speaker.

However as life would have it, her dreams slowly and surely began to dwindle and were replaced with the mantra of “go to school, get good grades, get a degree to become a professional (preferably a doctor, pharmacist engineer or lawyer), get married, have kids and keep working until you retire.” And so she did just that. She got that degree, she became a pharmacist, got married, had kids and kept working to the point of exhaustion and burnout…but inside she was unfulfilled.

Does this story sound familiar?

Well that was my story before I woke up. I lived society’s expectations to a T! Oh and did I mention I was also a perfectionist, an overachiever, a co-dependent people pleaser. I had an incessant need to be liked and to be right, I was an ace at filling other people’s cups but not my own, I had a mind that ran 1000 miles per hour and I hid behind a mask of happiness ALL THE TIME. I didn’t see a problem with that until….my cup was completely empty.

When I became a mother, the combination of lack of sleep plus all the changes in my life on top of all the balls I was juggling in the air culminated in a dark depression. I never uttered a word to anyone even my husband because I thought I was going crazy and I was scared. When my husband went back to work, there was resentment (oh was there resentment!) because he didn’t have to look after the baby 24/7 and was able to sleep. Around this time, an unexpected experience brought up a childhood trauma which I had suppressed for over 20 years. There was so much that needed healing but at the time, I wasn’t sure where to begin. Because I felt I needed to be superwoman and was scared to ask for help, I continued to wear a mask of surface level perfection. Besides, there was a part of me that felt so guilty for feeling depressed when the reality was I had a wonderful husband, beautiful family, high-paying job - so much to be grateful for!

It wasn’t until I was presented with an opportunity with a networking marketing company that I began to connect the dots. I applied my typical formula of over-working and over-achieving, only this time I wasn’t seeing any results. Why wasn’t it working? Usually everything I focused my mental energy and determination upon paid off. But this was different. It was a light bulb moment where I knew I was going to have to go deeper in order to truly see transformation in my life. I began to see it wasn’t just the external effort that mattered, I needed to do the “inner work.”

This was the turning point in my life when I went deep into the world of personal development, healing and spirituality and discovered my soul’s purpose. During this time, I experienced the biggest period of personal growth in my life EVER and deepened my connection to Spirit. I always had a hippie streak but the pharmacist in me had often ignored all of the spiritual woo woo stuff. Finally, I began to tap into universal consciousness, law of attraction, intuition and guidance and was able to experience this magic first hand.

This journey fueled my continued studies of different healing modalities including reiki and quantum healing. I have received my certification in laser coaching and I am now working towards my quantum healing and reiki certification. My coaching methodology combines scientific techniques with intuitive healing modalities to help clients shed limiting beliefs and self sabotage holding them back and bring forward their magic.
